If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size chart. Our crewnecks, t-shirts and hoodies are unisex and true to size.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

You have 7 days to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us immediately at luxthelabelshop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure the delivery address is correct before placing an order. LUX THE LABEL is not responsible if a package is shipped to the wrong address. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to re-send out the package.
